Ingredients:
2 ounces Marinated Chicken Breast
1 ounce Steamed White Rice
4 ounces Mixed Vegetables – carrots, celery, onions, broccoli
1/4 c grated ginger
2 tbsps Soy Sauce
1 c water
Directions:
1. Create Marinade with grated ginger, soy sauce and water. Marinate Chicken for 24 hours.
2. Bake Chicken in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, sautee mixed vegetables.
4. Serve vegetables with baked chicken and rice.
