Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and rinsed
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped or minced
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Place Asparagus and water in pan and heat on stove over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until tender.
2. Combine olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle over asparagus and toss to coat.
Store leftovers in air tight container for up to three days.
