Ingredients:
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
