Yields: 6-8 servings
Ready in: 2 hours + overnight chilling
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 medium ripe peach, chopped OR 2/3 cup sliced frozen peaches, thawed and chopped
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat. Cool for 10 minutes.
2. Add pinapple, orange juice concentrate and peach; stir well.
3. Pour into a freezer container; freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight. May be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
